- Red Square Vietnam is a boutique private equity investment and advisory firm and is the executive Vietnamese partner of TPG Capital, a US-private equity with AUM of US$ 135 billion (as of 2022).- Working directly with the Principal (equivalent to the General Manager) of Red Square Vietnam, Mr. Kien Pham who is an investor and a philanthropist with more than 20 years of experience in the investment and business sectors.- Meeting with executives of firms in various sectors such as finance, education, manufacturing, etc.Providing exclusive research on potential opportunities for both Red Square and its partners with deal sizes ranging from $1 million to $50 million+.

- Carried out exclusive research and presentations/pitch decks on potential investment opportunities in the sector of Logistics, Pre-cooked products, and Social Technology.- Conducted a pre-investment process which included doing market research, identifying growth strategies, and building a revenue model for a $ 500,000+ deal in a Social Technology/Digital Marketing company.- Participated in field investigations/market surveys, identified problems, and suggested recommendations for portfolio companies.- Help identify market entry strategy for a foreign SocialTech firm: We tested its product by organizing a Virtual Internship Fair under the name of Vietnam Alumni Mentoring to connect employers with potential candidates from Universities nationwide. For this project, I was the Marketing Leader in charge of planning media campaign and marketing materials. The project ended up with 1,400+students and 40+ companies, both domestic and international, registered from 10+ industries.

- At Beta Securities Incorporation, my main job is to help the Managers and Senior Analysts to clean and process data for analytic models. I have also got an opportunity to build my own stock market model for the purpose of analyzing cash flows in the market.- This journey has provided me significant experience and knowledge since I have got opportunities to get access to economic data and conduct financial models. Consequently, I find myself more confident about my major knowledge of finance and also Excel skills, too.

- At GPA Camps, my job was to lead a team through camps challenges within a week-These unexpectedly meaningful journeys taught me to grow independently, set base for my determination and positive attitudes to get over the worst situations. Additionally, GPA camps were great opportunities for me to develop public speaking skills, leadership skills, and interpersonal skills.
