In charge of YDACC room equipment to prepare and make sure for any demonstration needec be happened in YDACC to Dealers or End-customers.

- Report directly to DOE or Assistant DOE- Interact and cooperate with other department and contractor- Supervises subordinates and contractors- Daily check all plant rooms and systems in the hotel- Running for guest’s complaint- Making Standard operating procedure with instruction from DOE- Plans for and set up all the technology and communication requirements as listed in an Event Confirmation so that equipment is set up a minimum of one hour prior to the event’s commencement.- Assist clients, support outside contractors with their technology and communication needs, either during a rehearsal before the event or on the day of the event.- To be full conversant with all technology and communication equipment offered by the hotel, including but not limited to sound, lighting, projector and Internet capabilities.- Dismantles all equipment at the end of an event and store safely

- Report directly to Assistant Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer - Responsible to ensure that the hotel’s routine repair, maintenance and system preventative maintenance is carried out efficiency - Responsible to report any hazards or potential hazard when on duty- Operates emergency system such as generator and fire alarm system - Operates Siemens Insight Building Management System (MVAC, Lighting, Firefighting system, main switch board and hydraulic system) - Attends in any training which ordered by Chief Engineer or Training Department- Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation program - Ensure that any faults equipment and malfunction will be rectified when on duty and noted in case it is impossible to be done in my shift- Ensure that my staff obtained all the information which relative to the job such as new devices and work methods- Know where all main and sub distribution board are located - Interact and cooperate with others department in the hotel - Responsible to supervise my staff and subcontractor when on duty- Operates sound system for events
