Implementing the Company HSE Management system- To advise on application of HSEpolicy, HSE objectives, procedures and standards legislation, incident and accident reporting, emergency response measures and safety training- Organized a BOP Drill, coach firefighting team, organized fire drill scenario, H2S and rescue drill, abandon drill and developed Emergency Response and Preparednes Procedure Plan (ERP) - Keep maintain and implemented of Key Performance Indicator- Handling HANDAK when perforation job- Record and reporting the Incident and Accident- Hazard prevention program, review Job Safety Analysis, review SOP at site operation, and risk assessment- Personnal On Board monitoring and DWLTA and Total manhours recording- Hygiene and accomodation inspections- Audit HSE program ( Daily, Weekly, Beweekly, and Monthly ) Inspections- Control of work trough Permit to Work control system is implemented. Conducting permit to work audit as routine ( PTW controller )- Encourage to all personnel for good housekeeping program in site project- Promote safety awareness and safe performance.- Conduct visual inspection the lifting gears and color coding controll - Organize of Waste management
