A very new challenge coming to my career. I have been obsessed by a question posed during an interview, "What does wake you up every morning?". By now, it is not tasks listed on my to-do list but the vision I have chosen and strive for that.

o Have direct responsibility of the team Profit & Loss o Develop, implement and monitor strategy to increase inbound travel sales o Project manage and develop timeline for new product requests to keep this transparent and executable for Product team o Recruit, develop and train employees to work on tour desks and as hotel reps o Collaborate with purchasing team to negotiate with suppliers to offer discounted rates for distressed inventory and special promotions for IDS distribution o Oversee and develop effective quality management monitoring (mystery shoppers, customer satisfaction survey etc o End to end responsibility in sourcing for suitable hotels for new tour desk set up including facilitating contract agreements, setting up, ensuring seamless operations and sustainability in close cooperation with all stakeholders o Develop and implement an annual marketing plan for In Destination Sales o Leadership responsibilities over tour desks and hotel reps and ticketing o Working closely with Product & Purchasing, Marketing, Operation teams and general management around In Destination Sales.

• Set up monthly and yearly working plan• Following up key account feedback in order to have an appropriate improvements• Design and participation on the elaboration of inspection trips for agent FAM trips• Preparation with GM training for inbound staff on related markets• Complaints handling for all markets • Support Costumer Relations Executive in dealing with clients on spot• Attending official tourism meetings, industry related receptions• Giving directions in filling customers profile: explain the background of the travel agency, general briefing on the agent• Developing and increasing of client database• Maintaining & developing a strong business relationships with agents• Analyzing trends and needs of specific markets, development of new tours and product ideas in coordination with the Product Manager• In charge of marketing activities (newsletters, special offers, promotions etc.)

o Consultancy and sale of packaged tours, stays, excursions in various destinations of Vietnamo Organization of events, meetings,…o Having a great knowledge of the tours product,o Handling daily requests from travelers/agentso Putting together a suitable tailor-made holiday packages in Vietnam or Indochinao Emailing, skyping or meeting directly partners / clientso Achieving and exceeding sales targeto Doing sites and new product inspectionso Working closely with marketing department to supply correct information to travelerso Customers services: Working closely with tour operators and customers service.
