•Conducting visits to pharmacies and drug stores to gather information and offer products•Building relationships with the designated Procurement Unit (PSA), delivering presentations, and negotiating•Assisting pharmacies during the implementation process, and training pharmacy staff to become familiar with operating OLIN

•Conducting daily role-plays with the supervisor to prepare for visits to outlets (pharmacies/hospitals) and doctors, ensuring high-quality interactions•Coordinating with the sales team upon receiving orders from outlets, and monitoring the order process until completion•Monitoring performance over a one-month period, focusing on targets set by the incentive scheme, including New Products, Focus Products, IHKO, Growth Area, and daily call visits

•Conducting daily tests and inspections of products under production, including checks on color, aroma, weight uniformity, and production area cleanliness•Reporting any product deviations, whether in raw materials or finished products•Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) every 3 months based on the number of batches produced

•Dispensing medications as prescribed, including syrups, powders, capsules, and other forms•Conducting monthly inventory counts in both the pharmacy and warehouse•Dispensing medications to patients and providing instructions on how to take the medication
