I worked in the life insurance industry since 31/12/1999. The positions of each such experiences were the Professional Financial Planner, Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) member in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005 And was the top one of first COT (Court of the table) of Manulife Vietnam in 2004.And I've coached a lot of agents to be MDRT members in the life insurance industry in Vietnam. With the valuable experience, I was part of Agency Training and Development of Manulife Vietnam.My role is to monitor the execution & quality control of the Trainers from Nha Trang to Ca Mau, Bancassurance coaching of Manulife Vietnam.
