CurrentJob responsibilities:Provide service of IT Infrastructure such as Pc, Laptop, Printer, VPN,...Onboarding and offboarding processes.Device management with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory (GPO), PowerShell Scripting.Experience in solving problems related to joining AAD Hybrid ,Microsoft 365, Windows issues.Experience in Account provisioning (IGA,Active Directory, Office 365, Distribution group,...).Use ServiceNow,Freshservice ( Nova platform) to handle tickets. Investigate, and resolve technical incident and problem to restore service to end-user.Investigate, and resolve security incident as require from SOC Team.Manage Exchange Online with admin role.Contact with 2nd, 3rd level to troubleshooting for Microsoft O365 (Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint,...) and anything regarding to IT.Collab between other teams, global ITs and vendors.Prepare training and guide for the users.Perform the local , global IT projects.
