Team-leader- Management and oversight of team members including coaching, mentoring, training, and motivating.- Lead team to complete efficiently the engaged services to fully meet client expectations.- Assist manager in hiring and onboard training.- Allocating work appropriate to the resources and abilities of each member.Senior Accountant- Key account in charge for some big clients.- Consult on tax and accounting issues in Vietnam for clients.- Maintain active communication with clients by email and meetings.- Perform the full set of management weekly, and monthly reports for clients (AR/AP aging, Open & Closed Projects tracking, Analysis, Related parties transactions & reconciliation, BS and PL details breakdown) for VAS and IFRS.- Reviewing and checking the VAT, CIT, FCT, and PIT declarations.- Deal and work with tax officers, auditors, and other local authorities.

- Supervise all jobs of accountant including Cash management, accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets, accounts payable, accrued expense, general ledger to be sure data is properly recorded before month-end closing.- Being responsible for Financial statement reports in monthly & yearly basic.- Analyze financial results of specific areas or results of special projects to appropriate management levels.- Being responsible for Tax reports & dealing directly with Tax officers for related issues by ensuring the completeness, accuracy and timely submission of tax report (PIT, VAT WHT, CIT,..) and others reports to government authorities (statistic department,..).- Control all Company’s Treasury activities to be sure no shortage in cash as well as utilize ideal cash to make profit for Company.- Support to Accounting Manager in forecast preparing and analyzing of forecast vs actual performance.- Create accounting procedures & job guideline handbook related to accounting function.- Deal & work with internal & external auditors for the audit period yearly.

- Record transaction related to Company’s expense.- Follow up all payment to suppliers & tax department.- Control bank balance.- Control accrue expense for Company.- Make month-end reconciliation related to accounts in-charge.- Declare foreign contractor tax.- Work with auditors and tax officers by providing data related to accounts in-charge

Main responsibilities:- Making financial reports, monthly management reports for clients.- Making fully tax reports according to regulations.- Prepare fully monthly payroll slip, increase/decrease social insurance.- Advising clients on tax and accounting matters.
