Corporate & Banking Law, M&AAcquisition of a credit institution, Acting for the Seller. Co-headed the legal team providing advice to the Seller at all stages of the acquisition (Data Room, drafting Sale & Purchase Agreement, Bond Loans' transfer, Employees' Agreements transfer, legal advice up to the final closing of the acquisition)
