About Dr. Triba Gary

🔷 ABOUT ME:Growing up in Chattanooga, TN, my parents were the most influential people in my life. They instilled in me the ability to build authentic relationships, to be solution-oriented, and to be resilient in difficult times. Fast forward to my career in pharmaceutical sales, during this time, pharmaceutical companies were experiencing a paradigm shift in their business approach. However, I was more interested in the reasons behind the difference in employee engagement and motivation in a Japanese-based company versus a U.S.-based company. It was there that my conviction and passion for organizational leadership and employee development were born. Organizational success requires a commitment to engage and build meaningful relationships, develop continuous learning initiatives, diagnose organizational challenges with customized solutions, and have resiliency during organizational change. I wanted to learn as much as I could, so I obtained my master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I received my Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. My vision is to transform and enhance the functionality of learning environments while understanding and identifying the needs of others.
