Responsible for implementation and maintenance of best in class quality processes and tools. Performs GAP analysis for integrations, gaps are prioritized by risk to the company as a whole. Assists with business system implementation as it relates to Quality processes (i.e. First articles, DMR process, incoming inspection and training (IPC, JSTD, Solder, ESD). All sites will drive to a single set of standards and processes to ensure high predictable quality. My responsibilities include defining global standards, establishing a time line and assisting the regional managers with implementation of the defined standards. The regional managers are responsible for maintenance of the standards while I provide guidance. (This includes existing divisions and new divisions.)As the Global Quality Systems Manager I stay current on existing standards and become well versed on new standards that will maintain and increase quality.
