I have been in the Automotive Industry since 2004. Most of those years have been spent as a Customer & Employee Relations Manager. I have served as lead on several projects over the years, including building a World Class Concierge Center for Long-Lewis Auto Group. During my years with Long-Lewis we have been a multi-consecutive year winner of Ford's & Lincoln's Prestigious President's Awards for Customer Satisfaction. We have also been a multi-year winner of Automotive New's Best Dealerships to Work For and the Better Business Bureau's Torch Award for Business Ethics. DealerRater recognizes Long-Lewis as a multi-year winner of their Reputation Management award based on consumer reviews and dealership responses. I currently serve on three non-profit boards: one that relates to my desire for ensuring every adult has the opportunity to better their lives by improving their reading & writing skills; two others, advisory & governing, that assist consumers with navigating the process of verifying business legitimacy, reviewing ratings, and lodging complaints against those who do not make customer service & satisfaction a priority.Prior to my start in the Automotive Industry, I spent 10 years in the Banking Industry, holding multiple positions in both Customer Facing & Support positions.
