I'm the happiest finding creative ways to get things done.The biggest problem I’ve seen teams run into is stagnation. Without constantly asking, “Why?” and looking at processes and problems through new eyes, teams fail to evolve. The key to my success across the projects I’ve led and the teams I’ve worked with is this drive to evolve with purpose. In my time at NORC, I'm lucky to have developed and honed a wide variety of skills, including: marketing, product life cycle management, user research and testing, training and development, data analysis, and project and budget management. I'm as comfortable leading a client call as I am serving as an Agile product owner advocating on behalf of end users.
