Project manage data collection task of $22M for Medicare Current Beneficiary Survey, a leading source of data on the Medicare program and its participants for governmental agencies. Responsibilities include: -Assess remote staffing needs and facilitate screening, recruitment, and training of new staff yearly according to business needs. Requires coordination of ~250 remote agents responsible for collection of data.-Develop communication and marketing materials to ensure participant engagement and retention in the study.-Create performance goals in conjunction with client and analyze key metrics to determine if and when intervention strategies are needed. -Serve as product owner in development, testing, and launch of proprietary management system used to collect participant data.-Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure critical decisions and change control procedures are followed to avoid down-stream effects while allowing for innovation and progress.

Acted as Project Director for NORC's $1.5M Presidential Election Study, which served as company's entree into national election survey research market. -Mobilized the efforts of a Senior Fellow/Vice President of NORC along with four external, nationally renowned subject matter experts to develop survey methodology and content.-Collaborated cross-functionally to launch project operations on a short timeline and with limited resources. -Spearheaded kickoff and progress update meetings and provided daily and weekly updates to keep internal stakeholders informed of project status.-Once project achieved all key performance goals, publicized study results nationally by propelling marketing effort. In conjunction with internal design, communications, statistics, and marketing departments produced reports, press releases, and website updates to effectively advertise study results and data.
