This position saw me in charge of the entire product lifecycle, from initial design review / prototyping to bridge tooling, with brands including Google X, Flextronics, Kolcraft, BE Aerospace, Navistar, and many more. I was in charge of project schedules, supply chain management/logistics, and international / domestic compliance, which ultimately lead to streamlined operations and greater productivity across the board, and a reduction in overall number of denied services.On the technological side of things, I oversaw critical collaborations in marketing, social media management, and the creation / launch of a brand new website.

Providing senior-level support directly to the company president while identifying and resolving bottlenecks / shortcomings within internal processes and cost control. I also oversaw key core accounts and large-scale, international shipping efforts. I also worked with a number of key clients, ultimately resulting in an additional $500K in profitability per month for brands such as Panduit, Clover Technologies, GES and Wilton Corp. In addition, I jumpstarted and led an eco-friendly initiative to reduce the company’s overall carbon footprint while simultaneously cutting costs with the EPA’s SmartWay Transport Partnership certification process.

In this role I cultivated relationships with corporations and high net worth individuals to secure long term charter agreements. I was in charge of scheduling and crewing all charter flights, and worked to become an expert in international travel, customs, FAA and TSA requirements. I participated in the in bid and acquisition of 8 UPS freight routes, which sustained operations in the wake of 9/11. I also led the coordination of annual retreats for major corporations, corporate travel roadshows, and political campaign travel with aggressive timelines while adhering complex corporate governance and insurance restrictions.
