Feel free to send me a message and start the convo.I'm a wellness obsessed entrepreneur currently in the process of building out Revivery, an instructor-lead contrast therapy studio in Westchase, Florida. My co-founder (Annette Scott) and I (plus our amazing team) are creating a true wellness sanctuary, creating a space for people to connect deeply with their mind, their body and community.I'm a self-identified listener (rather than a talker), so I'll keep this “about me” brief.🔹I love finding and pushing my personal limits. I’m an avid reader, spiritual seeker, long-time meditator and believer in growth mindset. 🔹I’m a recovering finance professional. I believe my experience in that space has given me a unique blend of strategic thinking and corporate acumen with compassionate and empathetic leadership. 🔹At Revivery, we’re on a mission to connect and guide humans to their highest potential through instructor-guided, community based sauna and cold plunge experiences. 🔹 Creating Revivery has not been easy. But I know it will be worth it.
