As a member of the branch sales team, my primary responsibilities for my position is to understand the financial needs of our Members and provide the appropriate advice and recommendations to fit their needs. This includes opening new accounts, offering credit and investment advice. While providing the right financial solutions by genuinely building and developing relationships with Members which will deepen their overall relationship with Meridian Credit Union

My primary responsibility was to greet and provide undivided attention to members and non-members upon entry into the branch. Provide accurate and friendly service and assist Members with their inquiries and or direct them to proper staff members. I was responsible for answering incoming calls promptly and professionally and directing them to the appropriate area.
