Prior to Bridgeforce, Tricia managed talent acquisition and was a strategic business partner to the Risk, Finance and IT divisions at Voya Financial. She has identified organizational structures, improved processes to minimize risk and redesigned functions for recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training. And she managed all aspects of change management and training around organizational transformation. Tricia resides in Pennsylvania with her husband, daughter and Bernese Mountain Dog. When not busy with her daughter’s activities, she enjoys going to the beach and traveling, with Scotland and Ireland topping the list.
