With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and development, I am a strategic-minded and entrepreneurial leader who is passionate about strengthening and growing organizations. As the Executive Director of the New Hampshire Business Committee for the Arts (NHBCA), I wear many hats, requiring me to be adaptable and flexible in managing the day-to-day operations of the organization. Together with the board of directors, I represent the vision, mission, and goals of the nonprofit to inspire business and arts leaders, individual artists, and the public to align with these principles through innovative projects, programs, and events. I have a proven track record of diversifying revenue sources, securing grants and corporate support, designing and creating engaging content, and managing responsible budgets. I also have a natural ability to establish rapport and build trust with diverse stakeholders, resulting in lasting and impactful relationships. One of my recent achievements was securing more than $74,000 to develop an augmented reality app to showcase the work of approximately 30 local artists in partnership with four institutions, including two higher educational institutions. I leverage my creativity, project management skills, results-driven fundraising approach and marketing expertise to promote the value and benefits of arts and culture in our communities.
