Every significant experience, challenge, victory and learned lesson in my life has driven me into a career in Coaching. There is one thing of which I am certain and that is that we all have the power to live the life we yearn for. Sometimes, we may need help getting there, but we all have the power to actualize our dreams. I am trained and certified by the Institute of Life Coach Training, an internationally known coaching institution. There, I studied the Foundations of Coaching and Ethics, Life by Design, Meaningful Goal Pursuit, and Health and Wellness and logged enumerable hours of coaching instruction and experience. While my Life Coach training reveals insight into my academic credentials, my life’s experiences and career as an attorney further demonstrate my multi-dimensional skill set. I first ventured into the professional world as a lawyer and was trained to be a fierce advocate for my legal clients. My work as an attorney broadened the depths of my compassion, honed my skills as a great listener, and sharpened my talent for connecting with people. My formal coach training instilled in me the techniques and fundamentals needed to be an outstanding coach; likewise, my background as an attorney coupled with my life’s experiences have given me invaluable and powerful insights into our triumphant human spirit.
