My current scope includes 10Q reporting, investment securities analysis & review, mortgage loan analysis & review, management fee analysis & review, STAT reporting and analysis in relation to investment securities.

Responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, financial accounting, management and business metrics reporting, internal control compliance, and cost-reduction implementation. Additional responsibilities included lease reviews, true-ups, and office buildout budgets.

Involved in all facets of financial accounting and reporting, including budgeting, financial statement preparation and consolidation, projections and forecast, and fixed assets. Prepared partnership and corporation tax returns for multiple entities.

Created financial statements for various partnerships and affiliates. Consolidated corporate and divisional financial statements. Prepared partnership & corporation tax returns. Generated cash flow statements. Maintained depreciation and fixed asset schedules. Produced financial analysis and variance reports for Board review.Also, implemented the conversion of a new ERP system for real estate.
