Real Result Case StudiesTransformation Strategies Jan 2001 - PresentWayne, Pennsylvania, Usโบ Vanguard (DevOps/Cloud Implementation): The goal of creating a transformational information technology function impacting 4000+ crew members resulted in an initiative to implement a cloud based, DevSecOps operating environment. The planning and design stages of the implementation involved establishing a clear business case and change strategy to guide the execution. Transformation Strategies supported the planning team in developing the overall change strategy, communications and education plans, and leadership coaching models for implementation across multiple functional departments. โบ Main Line Health (IT Restructure): The information technology function in this large healthcare system was operating with an outdated set of infrastructure and business processes which was impacting its ability to service the internal customerโs growing technological needs in a highly regulated environment. Transformation Strategies was selected to help the Chief Information Officer restructure the department and to develop and implement new processes. Transformation Strategies was asked to partner with the client to develop a comprehensive change strategy and help ensure compliance. A key driver to success of this engagement was the establishment of a 100+ globally distributed Change Advocate Network, each individual representing the voice of its local constituents. A robust set of communication tools were utilized including country specific dashboards to track go-live readiness. All 3000+ participants were trained and prepared for the successful launch. -
