For the last 3 years we’ve been placing high performing recruiters. In 2011, with Jason Thibeault, I built the eSSentials program. We've trained thousands of recruiters in using advanced internet research to find passive candidates. In 2015, we broadened our offering to include a wide variety of recruiter specific training, to include our acclaimed Client Cornucopia program, where every student who does their homework ends up with new clients by the end of the month. In 2022, we launched our Group Coaching program, to augment the Private Coaching we provide in Church of Executive Search.
