With over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry, I have successfully led and managed multiple projects and products across different domains and platforms. As the COO, I was responsible for overseeing the operations, strategy, and performance of the company, as well as driving the digital transformation and innovation initiatives. I leveraged my skills in product and project management, agile, scrum, and lean methodologies, as well as my domain expertise in e-commerce, fintech, and cloud computing, to deliver high-quality solutions and services to our clients and stakeholders. I also partnered with the CEO and the board of directors to align the company's vision, mission, and goals with the market trends and customer needs. Prior to that, I was the COO and the assistant to the board of directors at Mi2 JSC, where I supported the executive team in managing the daily operations, finances, and human resources of the company, as well as coordinating the communication and collaboration between the internal and external parties. I also worked as a product manager at Mi2 JSC and a project manager at FPT Information System, where I developed and implemented various software products and systems for various sectors and industries.
