Through 20+ years of multi-country engagements with industries across value architecture with exposure to domain expertise in rail transport, power projects and manufacturing, general business management, project management, digital analytics, I bring a rare and unique blend of values to organizations.I strongly feel Customer is at the center of all of our actions. This helps me drive providing what Customer values simultaneously helping to deliver what Business values. Whether Govt of India’s National Gold Shield award to Customer for my project’s early completion or mitigating more than $80M project risk, it is my passion towards Customers that I always use to further the business goals.From proposal of business expansion in other country to intensive transfer of technology, localisation to skill development, execution has been hallmark of my journey. Parallely, also created, with a team, a start-up business proposal on digital analytics and IIoT for predictive maintenance in industrial context to improve business performance. Incidentally, this was evaluated by incubation center NSRCEL of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) and awarded as the best business proposal project by IIMB (in AMP course).Academics at the age of 42 yrs, learn to swim at 43 yrs, start guitar learning at 44 yrs - learning is fundamental to myself. And it feeds my heart too! Knowledge sharing with the young minds is something that I always keep looking forward to and complements my learning bit.
