Project Manager - Worked for Indigenous nations across Canada on environmental, regulatory and resource development projects to advance Indigenous rights and jurisdiction. Managed complex multi-stakeholder projects involving Indigenous clients, provincial/territorial and federal government representatives and proponents. Experience working on pipelines, mines, roads, nuclear waste facilities and transmission lines. In this position, I specialized in Social Research and Cultural Heritage Research. As a Social Researcher, I designed and conducted dozens of Indigenous Knowledge research studies across the country and led interviews with over 500 people. I designed and facilitated numerous capacity development initiatives and created Indigenous Knowledge research departments. As a Cultural Heritage Specialist, I conducted numerous technical peer reviews of archaeological assessments for major development projects across the country. I also conducted original archaeological research and developed policy.

Field Technician - Conducted archaeological surveys of pre- and post-contact Indigenous sites as well as Euro-Canadian and mixed-use sites for environmental assessments of major development projects across the Greater Toronto Area. Participated in all levels of excavation. Sites worked on ranged in date from ~10,000 BP-1920s CE. Obtained an AR licence in archaeology.

Research Assistant - Conducted academic research on numerous projects, including a manuscript on Orientalism and Cuba, a co-ethnography of the James Bay Cree and a book on peace activism related to the Israel-Palestine conflict.

Historical Interpreter - Interpreted local history for the public, guided members of the public on tours
