We at Trigger Your Bliss CIC bring privilege back to the ‘underprivileged’ by assisting the community in building internal resilience to life’s resistance through creative well-being and coaching.We provide you with an opportunity to live autonomously. We are a Community Interest Company, which means our profits are for the people!We facilitate accessible and inclusive intergenerational creative well-being activities that support the mental and emotional well-being of the wider community. Creative well-being activities include using spoken word, drama, arts & crafts and sound to connect the individual to their emotional and cognitive processes.

I fuse spoken word with other art forms to inspire healing, conscious thought and authentic expression. I have run many workshops for all ages and run events. I have played main character roles in Pantos. I have performed and emceed at festivals such as the Leigh Folk Festival and the East Anglian Storytelling Festival. I have directed music videos. I am currently producing a poetic documentary that explores lived experiences across generations.

I encourage young people to find their voice through music. I guide our young people to include more affirming words in their songwriting and to find the expression in their words.
