I am a proud co-founder of NorthWinds Environmental Services, an employee-owned firm based out of Northern Ontario. My work is in the fields of forest management, land use planning, environmental assessments and permitting, Indigenous and stakeholder engagement and capacity building in natural resource management. My skills include: • Sustainable forest management and land use planning, with focus on increasing Indigenous community involvement in natural resource management decisions; • Creating solutions for environmental policy and forest certification related issues such as species at risk habitat management, Indigenous and stakeholder engagement, landscape ecology, ecosystem based management, and sustainable forest management.• Interpretation and synthesis of scientific research.
