I joined Omniva after the restructuring of brand, communication and marketing departments were done. I built the new communication team of four people while I was responsible at the same time of Omniva’s media relations, internal communication and social media. I was also the member of the management board. During my time in Omniva I had a chance to implement the new brand and be a part of the team, who prepared the new communication strategy for the Omniva group.

Statistics Estonia´s mission is to reflect the situation and changes in the Estonian society and offer information important for the demographic, social, economic and environmental development of Estonia. As the Head of Marketing and Dissemination department I oversee Statistics Estonia’s communication and marketing team, publishing team and customer support team. In 2020 we won the “Clear message“ (Selge sõnum) award and our new CVI won a bronze in BalticBest and Kuldmuna competitions.

During my time in Eesti Energia I was in charge of communication activities we did for our B2C and B2B customers in Baltics and Poland, Finland and Sweden. I helped to build up the communication in our new markets (Poland (we started business there in 2017), Finland and Sweden (both in 2018)) together with our partner PR-agencies.

In Corpore I worked closely with different companies and helped them to share their message through media and support their business goals. I prepared communication plans, implemented communication activities ( incl social media), wrote press releases, found suitable journalists to cover my clients topics etc.

I started as internal communication specialist in March 2007 and after the head of communication department went on maternity leave (September 2007) I replaced her until she returned. My task was to make sure that internal communication and media relation were working smoothly.

When working in SA Archimedes, I helped Estonian schools and teachers to find suitable partner schools in EU to build up school education related projects. My task was to inform people about the EU school education program Comenius possibilities through information days, organising contact seminars, writing news letters etc.
