I am very grateful to be able to work in an industry I am personally extremely passionate about. My main task as a fitness instructor is to ensure that every single client has a great training experience that helps them to achieve their fitness goals. My daily tasks as a fitness instructor include giving workshops to clients about fitness exercises, equipment and other possibilities that Fitland has to offer. Additionally, I give group trainings such as circuit training and cross box. My work also involves approaching our members at the fitness club to improve their posture or execution of an exercise to prevent injuries and ensure a positive training experience. I am constantly finding myself learning more about exercises, training plans, different fitness goals and the ways to get there to offer the best advice possible to my clients.
