My essence is best summed up by one word- creation. Everything I do in life is related to it (the 5th level studies of marketing specialist currently being acquired are also related to it). ✅ I am very good at generating different ideas. According to Human Design, I am a manifesting generator, an idea generator based on Belbin training and a THOMAS DISC certified personal profile based on the results of the analysis, I am analytical (I focus on quality, accuracy, expertise and competence) and stable (trustworthy, I emphasize cooperation and sincerity). ✅ I am extremely conscientious, precise, thorough in my work and always have a friendly, positive attitude when communicating with partners and colleagues, but at the same time I can remain diplomatic. No matter what role I accept in any project, I try to implement my potential to the maximum and in many ways to realize it. ✅ I am interested in various fields: media, marketing, communication, design, music, education, public speaking, training and everything else that is related to my hobbies, acquired profession, completed courses and trainings and gives me the opportunity to organize and use my knowledge, skills and experience. ✅ I like to do team work that requires commitment, correctness, courage, consistency and concentration. I am open to exciting challenges that challenge, develop communication, presentation and leadership skills and broaden my horizons.✅ I was an exchange student in Brazil in 2010/2011, and from there I know how to speak Portuguese a little bit. ✅ Also I have participated in many youth exchange projects to practise my language skills. For example:2013 I took part of the Youth Exchange in Portugal ("Sol & Arte" project)2012 Youth Exchange in Czech Republic2013 Youth Exchange in France („Singing in the Villages“ project). ✅ Being a member of JCI organisation I have experiences of project management, marketing and communication.✅ I am totally involved in music. I have been singing all my life, learned to play the piano, ukulele, a little bit of drums, and sometimes I also write music myself. ✅ Besides that, I really like to dance. I have acquired a Zumba instructor's license, and for a few years I also gave Zumba dance training to third grade students in elementary school. If there is time left, I read books, listen to podcasts and take action as a volunteer in the JCI Estonian organization, helping in the management and execution of various projects.
