Organized a ‘first of it’s kind’ start-up organization for young professionals in the Scottsdale business community from inception while performing advanced professional work in economic development, public policy and workforce development support for the Chamber. Researched and identified generational changes in the American workforce and how it relates to the local workforce needs in Arizona. Created a 501 (c) 6 organization through significant level of collaboration of 30+ community volunteers, statewide support, and securing revenue generation from public and private contributions.

The mission of GET is to foster and cultivate a community of young professionals through partnerships and opportunities that accelerates the talents of emerging leaders throughout Metro Phoenix. Founded by the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, GET strives to be more than just another networking organization. It seeks to connect young professionals with their community and each other and to grow the next generation of leaders.

Coordinated logistics support and organized various economic development and member events and programs for the success of the Chamber and it's members.

Obtained a secret security clearance. Trained in the 3536 Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) of Motor Transportation Operator and Wrecker Operator. Responsible for the safe recovery of military vehicles and equipment. Supervised, mentored, and trained six subordinates as the (NCOIC) Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge of the Wrecker Section. Oversaw and managed over $1 million of military equipment and vehicles.
