I'm an audit partner at PwC Singapore specializing in advising clients in the transportation and logistics ("T&L") industry.In the shipping and ports industry, my experience spans across the liner, tanker, dry bulk, tugs and barges segments, including chartering, freighting, shipyards, terminals/ports, shipping agents, brokers, surveyors, pool managers and ship managers. In the logistics and postal industry, my experience spans across couriers, freight forwarders, contract logistics, 3PL/4PL, as well as domestic and international mail businesses. I'm also experienced in public transportation such as mass rapit transit, light rail transit, taxis, buses and private hire vehicles. Besides T&L industry, I have experience in oil rigs, real estate, plantations, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, and commodities trading industries.Besides audit, I've have been personally involved in many projects such as initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, international share placements, GAAP conversion, group financial policies review, capital reduction, and financial due diligence.
