Lead projects to develop new and improve existing Quality Assurance systems and procedures.  I manage Scrum activities; participate in daily Scrum meetings, Scrum board discussions, retrospective meetings, and sprint review meetings. Define and transform the QA Process to Agile Methodology from the basic STLC cycle.Collaborative working relationships with Developer Group, Operations, Users, and Stakeholders. Perform presentation of resourcing of QA Analysts across projects in conjunction with stakeholders. Evaluate & provide feedback and conduct weekly meetings to engage the team; efficiently manage vendor resource. Further, my emphasis has always been on presenting QA metrics to Leadership teams on the progress.Perform release GO-NO GO meeting to define QA completion. Work on the defects/user stories; perform functional testing, regression testing, and retesting and optimization of regression cycles.Moreover, I conceptualize and develop test strategy and scope for each project release. Define QA timelines, scope of testing, and resourcing across each product. Govern PROD release management activity and coordinate with teams from different assets. While working with Live Software Solutions, my accountabilities were to conduct end-to-end testing of the e-commerce application.Besides, I wrote and executed test cases. Verified product catalogs and tested the cart integrations. I was accountable for user registrations and management. Involved in defect tracking and management.
