As a springboard of the Atlanta CARES STEMfest held at Georgia Tech in November, 2012, Atlanta CARES has established a STEM Advisory Board to continue its efforts of providing ongoing opportunities for our mentees and other community youth to participate in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) activities and prepare for STEM careers. The board is comprised of STEM professionals who offer their input, ideas, and expert advice in identifying and creating STEM activities, establishing and identifying STEM internships and scholarship opportunities, assisting with college entrance requirements, and providing ongoing mentoring support for our young math and science enthusiasts.

As a Climate Leader I will typically engage in a number of activities aimed at this goal, but the primary tool in my arsenal is a climate science slide show developed by our Chairman, former Vice President Al Gore. Upon request The Climate Reality Project will schedule my presentations. I deliver this slide show to communities around the world, sharing the truth about climate change and what we can do to solve it. I join others in their communities who inform people about the reality we face and encourage them to take action.

I Travel And/Or Temporarily Relocate To Emergency Disaster Sites.

As new Cleantech/Green Inspector, I am among the most experienced and respected in the business. By working under contract as a United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Disaster Inspector, I experience the opportunity to help victims of disasters receive aid. Homeland Security Training Opportunities provide key exposure to Federal Quality Control Measures, which I implement into my operations and have received a renewed Federal Security Clearance Designation. In the event of a federally declared disaster I inspect damaged dwelling to see if they are eligible for federal financial aid. My familiarity with building construction inspections includes the ability to travel to areas impacted by disasters such as floods, tornados, forest fires, and hurricanes. I mobilize to disaster areas within FEMA's jurisdiction and complete FEMA building condition inspection reports and other required paperwork.

As key member of the senior leadership group oversee all Green training and Cleantech Work Ready activities. Built training and skill development capabilities through the development, delivery and evaluation of learning modules, development tools, strategy/team building sessions, coaching and consulting activities. Primary authority over the conduct of a project (Solar/Green Construction/WeatherizationTraining) including protocol development and adherence, human subjects, personnel management and budget oversight. Publish study results as first author or co-author. Function as the primary programmatic liaison with the sponsors. Responsible for all functional components of the project, including planning, staffing, implementation, continuous program improvement and evaluation, continuous tracking of outcome performance and immediate remedial action if shortfalls occur, budget monitoring/tracking, timely reporting, monitoring and tracking subcontractor quality/compliance, overall contract compliance, and overall adherence to project plans and schedules.

My key responsibilities are to achieve sales targets, develop new business and opportunities. I maximize profits with comprehensive sales processes. Responsible for end-to-end new and emerging Cleantech healthcare, municipal government, higher education and federal government initiatives. Direct liaison and program manager between technologists and end-users. Lead day-to-day operations of Green IT, Health and Energy development, administration and support. Provide results oriented leadership, project management, relationship partnering, planning strategic and tactical Intelligent Energy direction.
