- Liaise with department heads in the preparation of materials requisitions for all parts and equipment; focus on planning to minimize urgent orders; forward approve requisitions to the shore base office - Ensure urgently needed materials are available for unplanned/emergency work - Maintain accurate records of received and outstanding requisitions and cargo manifests. - HHI Shipyard Ulsan South Korea, Operations team for the construction of a six generation dual activity drillship, Deepwater Champion. Duration ten months.- Compiled start up inventory from equipment bills of material and raised $7.9 million inventory and $2 million OFE and Ops Readiness requisitions to equip the ship for start up operations.

- Storekeeper duties including the general day to day operations of the warehouse as well as Inventory control with the use of ICS (Inventory Control System).- Distribution of parts upon demand by heads of departments or supervisors- Producing and transmitting requisitions - Shipping & receiving goods as they arrive and leave the rig- Interacting with personnel on board to ensure that the parts and equipment being ordered and supplied are what is actually needed. - Maintaining complete inventory control of all parts and equipment available and on order- Maintaining max/min levels and prepare field requisitions to ensure maintenance of those levels- Preparing cargo manifests for all equipment removed from the rig- Interacting with the materials department in field office to resolve any questions or concerns that might exist regarding the inventory being ordered- Compile and edit Financial Reports, as required- Promoting and ensuring safe workplace practices for and among all crew members
