Develop professional improvement opportunities, including process enhancements and/or introduction of new technologies. Successful implementation of a new multi-million dollar insurance billing system. Current software implementation has an anticipated operating savings of over $1 million within 2-3 years of use. Implementation of on-line access for national prospects and clients. -
