Wright Search Partners was formed in 2023 by Trina Wright Lennon. WSP's mission is to connect clients with top talent in the commercial real estate investment industry. With a deep network of industry professionals nationwide, Trina is a preeminent talent advisor. Her decade long tenure in the CRE industry lends credibility with candidates and clients alike. A career problem solver, Trina is an extension of her clients in the marketplace. A trustworthy partner and collaborator she helped recruit dozens of professionals into individual contributor and leadership roles across the industry. Typical clients include institutions, REITs, developers and large family offices or other sophisticated owner/operators. Prior to founding WSP, Trina held senior consulting roles at two leading global leadership advisory firms where she managed a range of search mandates including but not limited to C-suite leadership, acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, and capital formation.Trina began her career in finance at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Trina received her B.A in Business Economics from The Universityof California, Santa Barbara where she played NCAA Division I soccer.
