At Recover to Lead, we helped leaders facing uncertainty, disruption, and confusion to deepen their resilience through the discipline of recovering back to the best parts of themselves—their wise and creative inner leader.

Designed and facilitated an award-winning, signature leadership development program, reaching nearly 175 leader alumni. Measurable results included graduate-wide lifts in desired leadership behaviors and a participant-tracked ROI study showing $300,000 increase in annual revenue. Expanded this program to three connected tiers, adding a mentor-led emerging leaders program and a strategic, executive-level program. Created a purpose-driven organization-wide leadership framework that included four core leadership imperatives and an aligned bi-annual leadership index to assess the health of leadership across the organization.

Led a team of instructional designers and facilitators. Designed robust onboarding and sales effectiveness learning programs. Developed internal departmental acumen and processes toward performance needs analysis and consulting, instructional design and project and resource management.
