Hi all! I am a second-generation Vietnamese American from a small rural town in North Carolina with a passion for the advancement of science and helping those who suffer from the inequities of healthcare. Despite growing up in an area with limited resources, I have always strived to find my way which led to my beginnings in research. My research skills range from biotech/molecular techniques to animal handling and biomedical methods. I am now currently working in clinical research, learning how to approach patients and bridge the divide between research and healthcare, with the goal of one day conducting clinical research and practicing medicine.
