With over 19 years of experience in product management and marketing, I am a passionate and creative product leader with expertise in a variety of industries, most recently furniture design and innovation. As a Group Product Manager at Herman Miller (now MillerKnoll), I oversee the development and launch of new products and services that enhance the well-being, productivity, and sustainability of our customers and communities. I work with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, researchers, and marketers to deliver solutions that are user-centric, market-driven, and aligned with our brand vision and values. Some of my recent achievements include launching several key category initiatives, leading category training that reached 700+ sales and dealer associates, and managed, coached and developed team of employees to advance their careers. Prior to joining MillerKnoll, I was a Senior Brand Manager at BISSELL Homecare, where I managed the marketing strategy and execution for several product categories, including vacuums, hard surface cleaners, and manual spot and stain products. I led multiple campaigns that increased sales, market share, and brand awareness, as well as developed and implemented new products. I have a strong background in product management, marketing, and engineering, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can help me create better products and experiences for our customers.
