Trine is the co-founder and managing partner of KILSA Group, a consultancy specialised in maximising non-aviation revenues. Services include due diligence, revenue forecasts, business development strategies, development of tender packages, RFPs, contracts and hands-on implementation of enhancement plans.Her background is a law degree and an MBA in addition to several years being responsible for Aldeasa’s (now Dufry's) luxury boutiques .She has a vast experience in commercial airport projects, having worked in Australia, Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Europe. Large global projects means Trine has spent considerable time living on site and working in close collaboration with the clients.
