Management of project from initiation, execution and termination. All customer contact including discussion of requested service, quotation, regularly status updates, delivery, adjustments according to new goals, invoicing. Lead on internal processes including booking of services and preparing of working instructions for the production, regularly analysis of achieved production goals and any required adjustments.

Worked closely together with the production to describe goals, follow up on achieved results, implemented new initiatives to reach new goals and ensured correct delivery to the customer. Had the responsibility for the Molecular Analysis Laboratory which genotype genetically modificed mice. Implemented new assays and screening methods. Were responsible for the daily business, adjustments of assays and reporting.
