I am a wife, mother of 3, entrepreneur, teacher, speaker and mindfulness coach. Emotional intelligence is at the forefront of most of the work I do and my core influence of everything I teach. My new business, You inside You, promotes a clear roadmap for women to connect with their inner power, intuition, and stillness in their lives. We offer masterclasses, Time-in Tuesdays classes, and VIP days to help women get unstuck and into daily fulfillment. My mission in life is to change the world - change the negative mindsets and limiting beliefs that hold people back from feeling deep connections and true fulfillment. As a transformational coach, I have decades of experience in human behavior and emotional/cognitive management and know exactly where we get “stuck.” I have lived it, learned from it, and elevated my own life to a place of success and happiness, and now teaching others how to do the same: To rise above the invisible glass ceiling of self-limitations and “what is truly possible.”
