I have had the privilege to join the lovely workplace of Cookie information on a 5 months project, where my goals was to increase New Monthly Recurring Revenue within 5 months.I have been project manager on how to optimize onboarding flow, how to make a break through in the Nordics, optimizing the email marketing and the sign up flow. It has been a mind blowing 5 months. Not only do I believe that we have worked fast and effective but Cookie Information is an extremely lovely and warm place to work with dedicated people.

As head of the Product and Communication department my responsibilities is to ensure that the department deliver good product quality; that the product always meets the user's needs and is represented with great usability. The department defines the product road map and comply with it. Also all comunication towards the user is one of the departments core responsibilities including dialogue/direct marketing on all thinkable channels. We define and comply with Tone of Voice and brand. Last but not least External communication towards the press is included in the department.
