•Expanded testing capabilities and overall emissions reductions for engines by leading the capital project to purchase and install emissions analyzer for Murray plant. Added ability to prepare EPA test data. This is first such set-up outside B&S corporate facility. I worked with Engineering, Maintenance and QC departments to complete project by deadline and hit specific project tollgates. •Reduced carburetor jet variation by 40% through design and implementation of new flow gauge. Served as multi-site administrator for audit program which was adopted for use corporate-wide at other B&S facilities and external suppliers. Led Six Sigma project to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to improve Measurement System Analysis (MSA) results on flow machine.
