Report to the Head of BI- Initializing the data lake, data model, and data mart system on DWH and Big data platform (Hadoop).- Implement, and maintain BI Reporting service, and deliver insight to business.- Implement, apply, and develop automation technology, BOT for businesses to save cost, be reliable, and improve customer behavior- Planning, Work with partners (FPT-AI, Momo, Shopee,…) and HQ to implement the data, automation, BOT solution.

- Analyze business requirements and relevant data to propose solutions/generate strategic reports for Ops Division.- Data mining, modeling and turning.- Generate scheduled reports, and provide data ad-hoc inquiry.- Data dictionary creation and update frequently- Develop and maintain in-house tool using Python programming language- Contribute to digitizing projects of Operation as a technical contributor
