- Deal with global customer's needs, utilize consultative skills to win big deals that bring sustainable revenue and profits to the company. - Coordinate with different departments to build up equivalent products for customer's 100% launching after sales funnel. - Manage all commercial accounts and leverage their scalable business operation. - Serve as a liaison between customer's and appropriate company departments to resolve customer issues. - Do the research of market/competitors and collect all information of potential leads. - Analyze market segments with Management Board to identify new business opportunities and come up with competitive attack plans. - Ensure to achieve the target and revenue objectives. - Organize and conduct international-level conferences, presentations, and demonstrations. - Give out comprehensive reports on contracts, sales objectives, win/loss cases, forecasts, and pipelines. - Coordinate with the marketing team for advertising and attack campaigns.

- Work on relevant database receiving from the customer's resolve and import to the company'system. - Analyze all requests and comments from customer's record and transfer them to other related teams. - Respond and satisfy the customer with the best answer. - Remain knowledgeable of the company's solutions, products.
