Retail Merchandiser
Current- Analyzing stock level and arranging new orders, managing international shipments and payments for assigned brands. - Ensuring sufficient stock level for all assigned brands in all shops, organizing internal stock transfers between stores when necessary.- Working closely with brand side to build an incentive program to motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets. - Suggesting periodic promotions (special discounts or offers, corporate or VIP events) in order to increase sales amount in assigned brands’ boutiques. - Organizing and supervising VM guideline, making sure stock display according to the guideline from brands.
