Recruitment:- Building and developing the recruitment process.- Writing and update JDs.- Searching profile candidates and post jobs on website/ social media.- Reviewing resumes and applications for pre-screening andidentifying candidates forinterviewing.- Scheduling interviews (online/offline) and assist in interviewingcandidates.- Receive reviews, notify the results candidates.- Keep track of the recruitment database.Onboarding:- Onboarding new staff, training rules or regulations, policies, theculture of the company.- Introducing new staff to departments- Supporting new staffC&B:- Monitor and keep track of employee database, contracts, employeerecords- Making timekeeping & payroll every month for employees andteachers of the center.- Implementation and follow-up social insurance procedures.- Building internal regulation and following the effectiveness of theirperformance.- Management Admin staff performs the jobs: import and export stationery, uniforms, check office equipment.HRBP:- Coordinate with departments to develop KPIs performanceevaluation system/ career path/- Conducting meetings to disseminate company regulations andanswer questions for employees.- Communicate company information to all levels of staff effectivelyand efficiently through different channels.- Handle issued employees and respond/follow-ups on employeecomplaints, grievances, and labor cases.- Organize employee engagement activities (team building, employeebirthday celebration)

- Searching CV/profile candidates fit position and requirement's recruiter.- Reading, analysing job brief.- Scanning and screening CV/profile candidates.- Use searching skill to find CV and information's candidates (email contact, phone, social media,..)- Mainly searching CV in the US, Europe and other regions by Linkedin, github, Facebook, Twitter,.... in diversity industry such as IT, Internet, Computer Software, Financial Services, Banking, Sales, Marketing and Advertising, Hospital & Health Care, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Construction, Oil & Engergy, Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Utilities,......

- Manage full-life cycle recruitment and training new employee.- Organize training courses and train new employee about policies, regulations and cultural company.- Analyst and review effective recruitment process and then offer solution.- Plan human resources strategy.- Manage timekeeping, calculation payroll, building bonus, benefit policies- Follow up employees’ contracts.- Support account department about matters related to PIT, Tax and others.- Manage and update employee database.- Develop employee relationship.- Organize actives, events for company.
