I develop global nature-based sustainability programs, especially for food value chains connecting producers to end buyers in building better sourcing areas with compliance to ESG standards and connect buyers meeting where the producers are. In last few years, I gained experience in product development for matchmaking platforms and sourcing tools from ideation to product testing.I lead the development of sustainability and market access supports for aquaculture wide producers especially in Asian through developing platforms in The Lexicon with support of Google Food and Global Sustainable Seafood Initiative and through providing no cost improvement programs and market access to smallholder farmers and small fishers in the Asian Seafood Improvement Collaborative. Previously I supported unlocking commercial investment into smallholder-based value chains at IDH Sustainable Trade Initiative. The project uses a jurisdictional approach in creating better shrimp sourcing area. It aims to innovate and execute innovative investment models for shrimp farmers using Partnership Assurance Model that is linked to Seafood MAP, an initiative to improve farm's profitability as an alternative to certification process. In Papua/West Papua I establish green investment for seaweed farming, while in West Kalimantan, I foster mud crab business model in village forest concept. Then I joined Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries as a special advisor, reporting directly to Minister.
